Shipping & Taxes

Orders are dispatched only after complete payment is received, unless alternative payment arrangements apply (such as Klarna or PayPal). Delivery information — costs, timeframes, and methods — appears on the website and is confirmed during checkout.

Place of delivery

Delivery occurs when products reach the buyer’s specified address. We cannot deliver outside our defined territory or to transit agencies, university campuses, relay points, post offices, or hotels (excluding approved locations available through Customer Service).

Delivery charges

Product prices exclude delivery fees. Charges depend on product type, order quantity, chosen delivery method, and destination. Delivery charges encompass processing, packaging, shipping, delivery, and order tracking.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery windows appear on product pages and order confirmation emails, representing typical timeframes that may vary by location and method.

We notify buyers of any delivery disruptions or delays via email. Absent a specified delivery date, delivery must occur within thirty (30) days of order placement, contingent on full payment. If this fails, buyers may request cancellation and refund within fourteen (14) days per French Consumer Code articles L.216-6 and L.216-7.

Delivery methods

Home delivery — Orders receive tracking numbers. Buyers access parcel tracking through their customer accounts via the carrier’s website. Parcels are hand-delivered to the specified address, requiring signature. Email and SMS notifications inform buyers when the carrier picks up the parcel and confirm delivery dates.

If absent, buyers may select a new delivery date or arrange post office pickup.

For refused international deliveries involving customs duties, the seller may invoice return shipping costs and customs fees, deducted from refunds.
